Kate Carpenter Mann is a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. She was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2015 and the Indiana bar in 2019. While attending law school, she was a member of the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law. The Journal published one of her articles in the Spring of 2015. Kate began her career practicing workers’ compensation defense for several years with a Louisville firm. She subsequently gained experience practicing medical malpractice, premises liability, and nursing home defense litigation with another Louisville firm.

            Kate brought her years of experience and joined U’Sellis Mayer & Associates as an associate attorney in March 2020.  She concentrates in the practice of workers’ compensation defense. In her spare time, Kate enjoys cycling, hiking, and traveling.
