W. Kenneth Nevitt is a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1978.  He began his legal career with a Louisville defense firm, practicing workers’ compensation and civil litigation, later becoming a partner with that firm.  Ken subsequently formed the law firm of Williams and Nevitt, practicing in the same areas of law.  In 2010, Ken joined the firm as an associate attorney.  Ken focuses much of his practice on representing employers and carriers in pursuing recovery of workers’ compensation subrogation liens, but also practices in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, defense of general liability insurance cases, and civil litigation.
