Timothy P. O’Mara is a 1973 graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He served as Assistant and Deputy General Counsel for the Kentucky Department of Labor from 1973 to 1979. He was a partner at the law firm Middleton Reutlinger from 1979 to 2022. He became Of Counsel at U’Sellis Mayer & Associates in January 2023.

Tim is rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America every year since 1984.

In addition to representing self-insured employers and insurance companies in Worker’s Compensation claims, Tim also represents employers in OSHA matters.
